Followed the recipe and had to put back in the water and reboil as wasn’t cooked

I'm not convinced that the poaching time is sufficient for the chicken to cook through - I followed instructions but the chicken was pink when I took it out and could have been cooked for longer. I suggest keeping heat on for a little while before turning it off and allowing to poach in the water. I adjusted the other recipes to boil the leftover chicken in some of the stock to cook through before using in recipes. Also, ingredient list for the poached ginger chicken with garlic rice recipe seems to be half that recipe and half the zatar croutons recipe. Bit of a mix up.

One of the recipes, the Fragrant Chicken Noodle Soup lists beans in the ingredients so that’s what I bought. Got to the method and it meant beansprouts. Now I’m sad! 🤣
