lovely, I made a few changes and cooked with penne so I could reheat/freeze...but what to do with the other half of the pepperoni ? x

My kids loved it! However, I did make a big change. I didn’t use “chopped tomatoes” which I’m assuming means tinned ones, I used passata instead because I didn’t want it to be lumpy. I doubled the oregano. The consistency and flavour of the sauce was perfect. The recipe doesn’t tell you what to do with the other half of the pepperoni; I sprinkled it on top at the end.
