This is the first time I have roasted and carved a whole chicken! I have eaten the drumsticks and thighs, and left the breasts to batch cook. It is simply amazing! I used parsley instead of thyme, and it worked well. I haven't been able to tell the flavour from the garlic, but the lemon was great!

I assume so lan, l've just cooked using gas, took a little longer about an extra 20-25 mins
