No-Churn Coconutty Mango Sorbet

Step 1.

Place the frozen mango chunks in a high-powered blender or food processor.

Step 2.

Add the coconut milk, agave nectar and zest and juice of the limes.

Step 3.

Blitz until smooth, scraping down the sides and blending as necessary.

Step 4.

Enjoy immediately, or freeze for 1 hour for a firmer texture.

Good-quality coconut milk makes all the difference here. Check the ingredient list and pick one that contains at least 70% coconut.
