I've made this twice now and most of the liquid evaporates once I put the dish back in the oven with the foil off, am I doing something wrong?

Hi Maisy! It might just need a little more liquid before going back in, or try keeping the foil on a bit longer next time. We’ll take another look at the method and see if we can tweak it to make things a little clearer

From the photo it looks like there is rice in the recipe but it’s not in the ingredients?
