Step 1.
Pat the tofu dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Step 2.
Crumble or cube the tofu and add it into a clean jar.
Step 3.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the jar and give it a good shake.
Step 4.
You can eat immediately, but the tofu will be marinated after a couple of hours and will continue to develop in flavour.
Step 5.
Keep in the fridge for up to 7 days. If the olive oil becomes solid in the fridge, just let it come back to room temperature before serving or add a splash of boiling water to the jar and mix.
