Hi, this sounds really good and I'm hoping to make it tonight - what do you do with the onions? Slice them? Chop them? Are they added raw to the sauce?

Hey Sinead! Yes slice the onions in step 1 with the potatoes. You then fry them first, and then add the paste and other ingredients to build the curry. Happy cooking! Let us know how it goes :)
