I made this for the month and it’s amazing!
My only suggestion for a batch of this size is to precook the chicken in small batches so you can properly brown it. I plan to add a big helping of spinach next time to up the veggie serving. Great recipe!!!
6 servings
3lbs of chicken (upped to 8oz / serving)
51oz of bone broth (kept it thick!)
Loads of sun dried tomatoes and pesto 😋

our first mob recipe! and it didnt disappoint empty plates all round and extra portions for lunch tomorrow also finished off. Orzo took longer to cook as others have said but apart from that one of the best recipes we've followed in a while

This was my first time making a “marry me” anything recipe. It did not disappoint! I increased the chicken quantity to increase the servings to four people, with some leftovers. It’s a lot of pasta! Kids approved ✅

So good! I reduced the serving to 2, and based on the ingredients I’d say it’ll still make at least 4 plates! Added some peas, left over chopped cavelo nero, courgette and diced chorizo.

Tasty meal that’s pretty quick to make. I added less cream and more of the pesto and water. I also added broccoli, mushrooms and spinach for increased veggies. The orzo also took a bit longer to cook than the recipe suggested, so make sure you have some water on hand to prolong cook time if required to ensure orzo cooks fully.

Very tasty and easy to make. I used a mix of barley and green lentils instead of orzo. Halved the cream - still lovely and rich.

Great recipe! But please slip up step 4 into further steps for easier readability.. it's easy to overlook the other 3 mins of cooking

lovely and tender. I used tagliatelle, and didn’t use sun dried tomatoes as I find them a bit strong, but it was still lleeally tasty
