    I had to give this one ago and was not disappointed. The corn was so tasty I had to stop myself it all before it made it into the lunchbox. I used the pasta I had but don’t think it made much difference. Very moorish and worked well for two days worth of lunches.

    very yum and generous with portions! we had to add a bit more oil as our blender struggled to get through the mix so definitely on the indulgent side for lunch but pleased we could comfortably stretch it to 6 servings rather than 4. made this week’s lunches so easy

    Strangest meal prep Ive ever done, can't see the beans in the picture and I accidentally got green beans instead of sugar snap peas, decided to fry the beans and tomato a little to make the beans a little less dry and earthy. It's a winner, delicious! I held back on the red onion and glad I did, the capers pack a special little punch 👊
