    did the chicken in the air fryer, turned out brilliantly. not normally a chicken thighs gal but trusted the process, didn’t trim any fat off, and it was banging. deffo add some cheese and yog when you plate up!

    We made this tonight and really wish there had been a weight associated for the onions. I used three and there were so many and I’m saying this as a voracious onion eater. The amount of onions diluted the dish so much that I wish I had doubled the spices for the chicken portion.
