I recommend using light soy instead of dark soy too reduce saltiness, otherwise this dish was brilliant!

I eye balled the sauce and used salt reduced stock it turned out beautiful! didn’t have that same deep colour but amazing taste!

The quantities do not seem correct. By following the sauce quantity it turned out incredibly salty, almost inedible. I would just free hand the sauce ingredients next time.

I took a punt and halved the total sauce quantity for this recipe, but kept all other ingredients the same. I recommend this, it turned out just right. I added zucchini with the beans and turned the eggs into a couple of plain thin omelettes that I chopped into strips. Success!

was tasty but there was far too much sauce and it was really salty, we will add more chicken mince and veggies next time to balance it out
