So I've made this more times than I can count. I would say if you like kimchi you could for sure put more kimchi in it. I started adding peas or broccoli into it to add some green freshness and I think it makes such a difference. You can also make this in advance and leave it on the side before putting it in the oven (however alter how long you cook the pasta for so it doesn't overcook)

An absolute corker!! Reheats really well too. Don’t skip the topping either, it adds great texture

We love this recipe! I like to add diced chorizo on top as well as it makes it even more decadent! 😋
