Sauce was really nice but the dumplings tasted really floury. Should there have been a cooking element before popping into boiling water to cook off the flour? I cooked them for 4 mins and still tasted like raw flour.

What's 1/2 nutmeg - half a teaspoon, half of a nut, half of a line..

This was my first recipe from Mob and was absolutely delicious! We had it with some focaccia to mop up any of the sauce. It probably did take the full hour to cook, so it’s definitely a meal for a day when you have a bit of time. Overall a really tasty meal I’d definitely make again.
