Hot Honey Chicken Salad with Ranch-ish Dressing
We’ve coated this chicken in a spiced cornflake crumb, air-fried it until golden then drizzled it with sticky chilli honey. Finished with a creamy, herby ranch-ish dressing and fresh salad. This is a great recipe for using up any salady bits and bobs in the fridge but we like to use celery, romaine and radish for freshness and crunch.

mmmm this is bussin!! Okay! Esp the dressing. I used tilapia inst of chicken bc Im pescetarian, it all worked out! I accidentally made the fingers way too small but still amazingly delicious. Used a conventional oven and it still came out crunchy. Nothing else to add, A+

You can thin soured cream down with a bit of milk to get a similar taste and consistency.

Hi Helen! You can replace it with yoghurt :)
