Soak your oats in a bowl of water for one hour.
Drain the oats in a fine sieve, then rinse them under cold water. There's no need to dry them out afterwards.
Add your oats to a food processor with the honey and cold water.
Blend the mixture for 30 seconds, then stop and let the mixture cool down. Repeat this four times to avoid the mixture heating.
Strain your mixture through a cheesecloth (or a t-shirt) into a bottle or a bowl. Don't squeeze the mixture too hard.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
