Homemade Almond Butter

Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Spread your almonds out on a roasting tray and roast for 10 minutes.
Step 2.
Allow them to cool completely for 10 minutes.
Step 3.
Then place in a food processor with your salt and blend for, you guessed it, 10 minutes. If the mixture becomes stuck, turn off the blender and stir it with a wooden spoon.
Step 4.
The butter is ready for action when it reaches a smooth, runny consistency. It's really that simple.
