Do you cook the cabbage at all or eat raw? Thanks

The pork was beautifully soft and the sauce really worked well with the meat.

Hey Rida! Absolutely! You can easily replace the pork tenderloin with chicken breast in this recipe, here’s how to do it: Use 150–175g of skinless chicken breast per person. Cook for around 6–7 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. You can always butterfly the chicken to get an even cook.

a staple in our house! I use pork loin steaks instead of tenderloin just for ease/quickness and they work so well

I must have been shafted by Tesco as the tenderloin I got was only enough for 3 portions. Still bloody delicious though

This was absolutely delicious. I did tweak it a little. 1. Seared the meat for about 4 minutes on either side and then finished it in the oven using a meat thermometer. 2. I reduced the amount of soy & gochujang by 50%, deglazed the pan with Shaoxing Wine and added a splash of rice vinegar to the marinade. Really great dish.

Please give ingredients in grams, not two "pouches" of rice. What does that even mean.

You can buy pouches of cooked rice (2 portions in each) which you then just microwave for a couple of minutes instead of cooking in a pan. Mob uses them a lot

Hi Kristian, 1 pouch of rice is equal to 250g of cooked rice. If you can't get your hands on that, we have a guide on how to cook rice (https://www.mob.co.uk/recipes/perfect-rice )which makes the same amount that you would get in the 2 pouches for this recipe!

I would use Mob more if there was a printer-friendly tab to save the recipes to my digital recipe file folders. This will be enough of a disadvantage for me that I won't be renewing my subscription.

The pork and cabbage were really good, I did have to cook the pork for longer because it was way too pink even after resting. Personally the sauce was too strong, I'd probably use 1tbsp on Gochujang instead, I found it quite over powering.

Enjoyed making this and was very convenient and easy to do, but found the sauce to be way too salty for my liking. Would probably take it down a notch next time.

This was really good! I also took the suggestion to finish in the air fryer. The sauce was delicious! Definitely adding to my rotation.

Seared the pork in the frying pan and finished it off on the roast setting of the airfryer. Perfectly blushing on the inside with a lovely crust.
