what do people use as “soft cheese”? do I take it as cream cheese or is it something else?

I added turkey for some extra protein. agree with others it needs a bit more sauce. I would go heavier with the pasta water. Overall really tasty recipe

Thought it was too intense on the dairy so I substituted cottage cheese with hummus. It worked 👌🏽. I’d reduce the macaroni next time to make it saucier

Great flavour but possibly needs a little more sauce- on the drier side

love this recipe for a higher protein alternative to mac and cheese. really tasty. (although don’t heat it up in the oven as it dries out completely! always microwave)

oh great tip! I was planning to make this ahead of a possible hangover day to avoid takeaway!

Delicious but definitely don’t use Flora. Butter always wins over UPFs. Makes me cringe what goes into Flora and similar!!
