    Delicious and easy to put together. Was worried that the mix seemed so runny when it went into the oven but it cooked up well despite my pan being smaller than recommended. Used 2 eggs instead of the flax seed mix. Haven't had a chance to serve it with anything as everyone keeps scoffing it straight from the tin!

    I couldn't get this to cook through., despite cooking for an extra 10 minutes. It still tastes good, but it's not fully "set" as it looks in the recipe.

    Hi Jennifer, you can leave out the protein powder! Just maybe add a little less milk or some more flour to get the mix to the right texture :)

    Super delicious! I am not vegan so did use an egg instead of the flaxseed option; turned out pretty well. Lasted for a good few days for breakfasts 👌

    Very nice! I have tried similar recipes before but it always turned out dry and compact. Not this one, it tastes really nice and I added my own choice of nuts to it too :)
