I liked this recipe but I changed the ratios a bit as seemed like too many seeds compared to nuts/oats and put 4tbsp protein powder as didn't want this flavour to overpower too much. It still came out well with these tweeks :)

I would like to eat healthy unprocessed food, not protein powder.

Do you add the protein powder along with all the other ingredients before it goes in the air fryer ? I’ve watched the video and it doesn’t show the protein powder going into the mix 🤔

Hi Catherine, thanks for reaching out. Add the protein powder along with the rest of the dry ingredients in step 4.

I've made a lot of granola recipes, but have never had one that gets super crispy and actually forms huge chunks (just look at that sheet - you could frisbee that). I made a few substitutions with my nuts and seeds but kept the weights the same and it came out great!

Can you cook this in a regular oven without an air fryer?

If it helps I cooked it in a regular fan forced oven at 160 degrees C for 30 minutes and it turned out fine.

yes, I definitely suggest that, I think this needs more space to give that extra crunchiness and not all air fryers provide that space.

The tip says that without the protein powder the protein is 24g per servi g, but when looking at the nutrition tab, its saying 10g?

Thanks Francesca! You can cook it in a regular oven at 160°C for 25-30 mins, mixing halfway, until completely golden and toasty.
