    Hello, this is a typical catalán tradicional food. we have such tomatoes that are mostly liquid inside and leave just peel of after rubbing it. Those are called Tomacó de penjar. For other kind of tomatos one can use a grater and nothing more than the peel will be discarded. 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅
