Crumb is delicious but need half the amount, so made the amount stated but only used half and have half in an airtight jar for next time.

Hi Kate – dill or parsley would be great here!

Loved this! The pickle was amazing as well. When I cooked it the breadcrumbs came off the chicken very easily when I cut into it not a major deal but anyone have any ideas how to keep the the coating on the chicken?

I’m not sure if this is a legit hack but I always find the bread crumb sticks better if I add a splash of milk into the eggs, and pat it a little bit

My husband and I love this recipe! It’s made its way into our regular rotation, and have also served it for guests. We live in a rural community and can never seem to find fresh fennel, so I have been using leeks instead. Different flavour but it works and we love it.

Very tasty recipe, but I would recommend having a bit of rice in the side.
