This tastes amazing but the recipe is very badly written. I would read the recipe in advance and prepare everything you need in advance - make the sauce, chop and slice everything ready to go in otherwise you’ll be stopping and starting. it’s also really unclear about the salmon - it doesn’t finish cooking later so make sure it’s cooked before setting it aside.
