This is delicious - but no way is this a 20 minute cook!! I’d say about hour of prep work goes into this salad (chopping, frying halloumi, making croutons etc).
Made it to go with a bbq and it was a great side!

This was delicious and very fresh. I added more zaatar to the croutons; omitted the honey from the dressing but added fresh lemon juice and sumac. it really lifted it (otherwise the dressing would have been too sweet).

Really nice combo. Probably didn't need all of the dressing though.
