my first Mob meal. Loved it! So did my family. I put 40g of ginger in and 4 cloves on garlic for 2 portions as I love a strong taste. I put a bit too much chilli in it though but will definitely be making again

Yummy quick dinner! Pickled some red onion too as I had that left in the fridge and that worked great. Didn't feel like washing up the blender so just used chilli / garlic / ginger pastes and put it straight in the saucepan with the rest of the ingredients.
