Followed recipe for 3 and there was way too much. Dressing is a bit bland and thick. would make again but with a yoghurt, herb, garlic and lemon blended dressing. Toasted Black sesame rather than white for cosmetic reasons!

I don’t think I’ll make this one again

really delicious, but as other reviews have said I think the amounts are off. I used 2 apples and added water to the dressing as it was so thick, but in hindsight I could have used the middles of the cucumber! will try that next time.

This was delicious and I’d 100% make it again. I think it needed a bit more lemon juice and in an ideal world more dressing to salad ratio but easily fixed

We found this quite bland. It's a nice, fresh salad and the avocado dressing is ingenious but not nearly as tasty as we'd hoped. The general consensus in our house is that it would be better as a side dish not a whole meal. If I try it again, I think I'll change the ingredient quantities so there's more apple & much more dressing - there's too much salad for the amount of dressing.

Absolutely delicious! Needs a lot more dressing though because it's so bulky - aprox twice as much. Added water to dressing too to loosen it up.

I really enjoyed this salad, I left out the rice as I’m trying to eat less carbs during the week, it was still really filling. I added water to the dressing as it was too thick otherwise. Absolutely delicious and will be making it again!

Absolutely brilliant and I feel so virtuous eating this. Next time I would switch out the celery for a green bell pepper

Really loved this. Nice balance of citrus, freshness and a mild kick from the chilli. I swapped rice for bulger, and celery for bok choy, which worked out great.

Awesome flavors working together on this one. I left out the 🥬 and added water to the dressing along with more chillies and lemon juice. I would be confident taking this to a bbq without the halloumi so it's vegan.

If this amount of goodness didn't cleanse my soul I don't know what will. Crunchy, full of flavour, and a joy to eat.
