Oh, this recipe is a winner. Thank you! I keep ginger and garlic homemade paste freezed so I can use it without spending time pealing and cutting things. Therefore it took almost no time to assemble and cook.

so good. super easy to make, tho the ginger and carrot grating takes a while! my 15 month old loved this meal too. it’ll become a regular for us I’m sure

Wow these were AMAZING! My new fav recipe! SO easy to make and bursting with flavour. We added quite a large garnish of coriander, chilli and spring onion and added lime and salt to it, it complemented the sweetness of the pork beautifully. We also added coriander to the patties themselves. Thank you

REALLY good! and so simple - would definitely make again. Quantities are a little weird though - 1.2kg for 6 of us seemed a lot so I used 750g and it was plenty. I would have been happy with leftovers though!

Absolutely delicious. Daughter has soya allergy so used chickpea miso in place of soy sauce. Will definitely make these again.

Hey Emily! For 2 adults, use 2 standard servings (or 3 if you're feeling hungry!). These recipes work on a ratio of 1 Adult Serving = 2 Kids Servings.
