hello it’s me, the one moron that just can’t get a recipe right. RIP. it’s fresh curry leaves and the water doesn’t scale with the portion size. I’m usually sooo good, idk how I f***ed this one up so bad but I separated the liquid and reduced it before reintroducing it and picked out the full 7.5g of DRIED curry leaves before serving 🥲 still tasted great

Lovely light meal, not stodgy and a nice flavour. I did add Kashmiri chillies and fish stock for extra flavour. super quick to cook.

Made this last night and it was delicious. Used half a tin of chopped tomatoes as no cherry tomatoes and it was all good. Next time I might add some shredded greens for colour / additional bulk.
