You can adapt it by using different frozen fruits, or by swapping the pudding rice for sushi rice if you like.

This is a brilliant recipe, delicious and a perfect batch breakfast! Only request would be to change the description in step one to say boil the barley for 10 mins and then add the rest to cook for further 20.
