Fried Pickle and Hot Mustard Burger
Very finely chop your red cabbage and carrots, either using a mandolin or a very sharp knife. Finely chop your chives, then put them all in a bowl.
Combine your mayonnaise with a tablespoon of your mustard and hot sauce in a bowl.
Add 3 tbsp of your sauce and a pinch of salt to the slaw bowl, then mix to combine.
Pop your flour and panko breadcrumbs into separate bowls. Add a pinch of salt and 40ml water to the flour, then mix to combine with a fork.
Cut each of your pickles in half lengthways. Dunk them in the flour paste and panko breadcrumbs respectively until they are totally coated.
Preheat a large frying pan over a medium heat. Place the Garden Gourmet Sensational Burgers into the pan and brush the mustard over the top.
Cook for about 4 mins, then flip and cook for another 4 mins until golden brown on both sides.
Meanwhile, fry your pickles. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add your pickles. Fry for a few mins on each side until golden and crispy.
Toast your brioche buns cut-side down in a dry frying pan.
Pop some slaw on the base of your bun. Top with your burger and a couple of fried pickles. Spread some remaining sauce on the base of your buns, then pop them on top. Serve and enjoy!
