this is a lovely dish but as with a few mob recipes, some of the ingredients aren't mentioned in the method. dill, mint and oil are listed in the chicken ingredients but mention in the chicken method. dill and mint are listed again in the ingredients for the sauce and are mentioned in the method. I was left wondering if I should have also used them in the chicken.

Not a bad dish - and the courgette cooked under the chicken is delicious - but I think there are some ingredients in the list with the 'chicken' section that aren't used? The lemon for instance...? We used the vinegar to deglaze the pan before adding the veg rather than pouring it over.
We also added some peas & skinned bread beans about 8 minutes before the end to increase the amount of veg in the portion.
