Crispy Sausage, Brie and Cranberry Parcels
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add a small glug of oil into a pan and squeeze out the sausage meat out of the sausages.
Break up sausage meat with your wooden spoon and cook for 10 mins until crispy and cooked through.
Cut the brie into cubes.
Melt the butter in the microwave.
Cut the filo pastry with scissors into squares. Place one square onto a chopping board and brush liberally with butter. Place on another square diagonally and brush with butter.
Place on a cube of brie and then a ½ tsp of cranberry sauce and finally a tsp of crispy sausage.
Pull up the edges and squeeze them at the end to make a money bag. Repeat with your remaining filo.
Pop these onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10 mins.
Place onto your serving plate and enjoy.
