    the most annoying thing about this meal is that it’s so delicious that I’m now sad that I ate it all and don’t have any left. Will be adding this to the regular rotation for sure

    whole family loved it, skipped the chilli powder and halved the chipotle flakes as our 3 and 5 year old aren’t too keen on spice- still delicious with loads of flavour.

    SO GOOD!! I used rose harissa instead of sundried tomatoes; I also used chipotle paste instead of chipotle powder. Both worked a charm!!! Only feedback is that it took over an hour to make..but it was worth it

    Flavour wasn’t quite sweet enough and corn tortillas aren’t so nice. Pea guacamole was good!

    Hey Viv! Totally fair if you have a sweeter palate. You can swap for flour tortillas if you prefer those, and you could swap the smoked paprika for sweet paprika on the mushrooms. Thanks for giving it a go and pleased you love the pea guac, it's such a good budget swap for avo!

    As a non-vegan/vegetarian these are pretty good! I didn't find myself missing the meat. The only change I made was adding about 1/4 cup of cream cheese because I went overboard on the Chipotle chili.

    I have made this a number of times and it never disappoints! This evening I just did the black beans to save time! quick , splcy and filling! also a great dish for batch cooking for pack lunch. All the fillings create texture and it really hits the spot. A great plant based dish .

    Very nice recipe! I didn't think much of pea guacamole, avocado is definitely better but the taco filling was lovely. I added jackfruit to the roasted mushrooms and a red pepper to the black beans mix. Kept everything eles the same as the recipe. Was really tasty, fella also loved it.

    I think I would have preferred mine if I air fryed the mushrooms or made them crispier - I think the textures of the mushrooms and the beans didn’t completely compliment each other in a nice way as it was. otherwise the flavours were good

    Sooo delish! I was pleasantly impressed with the flavour these packed! I didn’t have tacos so I used some mini wraps I had in my freezer, they worked great! And I also added a sprinkle of cheese onto them before I added all the filling before cooking - and it was so yum! Once cooked I opened them up and added the ‘guac’ and a little dollop of sour cream. 10/10!

    I have made this multiple times now and it is my husband's favourite. I now fill and fry the tacos in an air fryer. They come out very crispy and I can cook 4 at a time in my very small air fryer.
