whole family loved it, skipped the chilli powder and halved the chipotle flakes as our 3 and 5 year old aren’t too keen on spice- still delicious with loads of flavour.

Loved the pea guac for a higher protein and more sustainable alternative. Would use the whole 300g pack of mushrooms next time, the marinade could take it.

We loved this one ! We added grated cheese and black garlic hot sauce 👌🏻 A bit disappointed with the pea guacamole. I prefer regular avocado guacamole to pair with 🌮 but nice idea, I’ll try with a veggie bowl !

I used the bean seasoning ALL the time. also did this with beef instead of mushrooms and it’s unreal. one of my top 5 mob recipes !!!

SO GOOD!! I used rose harissa instead of sundried tomatoes; I also used chipotle paste instead of chipotle powder. Both worked a charm!!! Only feedback is that it took over an hour to make..but it was worth it

Flavour wasn’t quite sweet enough and corn tortillas aren’t so nice. Pea guacamole was good!

Hey Viv! Totally fair if you have a sweeter palate. You can swap for flour tortillas if you prefer those, and you could swap the smoked paprika for sweet paprika on the mushrooms. Thanks for giving it a go and pleased you love the pea guac, it's such a good budget swap for avo!

As a non-vegan/vegetarian these are pretty good! I didn't find myself missing the meat. The only change I made was adding about 1/4 cup of cream cheese because I went overboard on the Chipotle chili.

I have made this a number of times and it never disappoints! This evening I just did the black beans to save time! quick , splcy and filling! also a great dish for batch cooking for pack lunch. All the fillings create texture and it really hits the spot. A great plant based dish .
