Unexpectedly tasty it was like an elevated instant noodles. I didn’t have skin on thighs, so I used skin less, but it still worked fine, just needed to adjust how the meat was cooked. I also added some extra oyster sauce to balance out the spice and skipped the chili powder. Also, since this dish did not have any veggies, I added some stir fry veggie mix into the pan before adding the sauce and the noodles, and then I topped it up with crispy onions. Just delicious!

Really tasty with a great spicy kick.
I used chicken breasts and added mangetout as there was very little veggies in the recipe.

tasty and easy - I wasn’t keen on the sesame seeds in with the onion and chilli. in fact I didn’t feel it added much at all, next time I’d leave off and just add quick pickled cucumber

We used chicken thighs like it says but think that chicken breast might have been better for this dish. It’s also quite spicy but has a really nice flavour!

Seems extraordinary to make so much marinade for the onion and then have no use for it. Surely far less could be made and therefore less wastage.
Otherwise delicious recipe.
I took note of some of the comments and used less gouchujang and no chilli and it was perfect.

Packs tons of flavour. Really good - I added crispy fried onions on top instead.
