Delicious! Deviated slightly using brown flat noodles instead of rice and added loads of leftover veggies like carrot and pepper with mandoline thinness. Great adaptable recipe 👍🏼

This is lush! the dressing is amazing! I didn’t include the rice as I thought the salad and fish fingers were enough
