Looks beautiful although I feel like instructions could have been a bit more detailed. The chicken doesn’t mention any seasoning and the flavour gets a bit lost through adding the rice. I recommend adding a lot more spices to dish.

Leave the bone in and cook 10/15mins in pan on skin, then 10/15mins in oven at 180c, has more flavour. Add more spices and garlic to rice and veg, I also added some harissa and fresh tomatoes. Just how I did it!

Needs more flavour in the veg/rice mix. up the garlic and spices and maybe add some fresh tomatoes. Tzatziki really makes this dish

I was able to find skin on boneless chicken thighs which made it this dish super quick and easy to make. But skin on and boneless can be hard to find especially in supermarkets

Loved it, easy enough to make. Took me longer than 15 mins but well worth it. portions are big so I saved some for lunch for the following day.

Really lovely but takes much longer than 30 mins to make! I Added some feta on top and also removed the chicken skin

Really enjoyed this. I doubled the spices as I wanted a stronger flavour, but otherwise all good

Flavourful quick and easy to follow. I had to swap out courgette for broccoli and cauliflower florets. Will definitely be making this again

To many chickpeas which made the dish quite dry- otherwise lots of tasty fall outs but I probably wouldn’t choose again

Delicious! My favourite recipe so far. Next time I might add some pine kernels for a bit of added texture

For the brown rice, is the weight listed the cooked weight or before cooking?

It’s cooked weight. I’d usually use about 60-75g uncooked rice per person. I used 250g cooked(one of those microwave packets) between 2 of us and it was plenty with leftovers for my lunch tomorrow.

Nice and quick to cook but I found it rather bland. Might be because I used skinless thighs (didn't want the excess fat!). Tsatziki added some flavour.

Hi Helen! Thanks for you're feedback. The skin really does boost the flavour here, if you want to stick with skinless you could try adding some extra of the spices on the chicken to boost the flavour :)

Really quick & tasty-even better as leftovers! Bought store bought tzatziki (running late) but still yum.

Are 2 lemons necessary for the tzatziki? It only says zest and the juice of 1/2

Haven’t made this yet, can’t figure out from the ingredients why each portion would be 1047kcal?

I'm keen to know this too, as it currently doesn't fit with my meal plan allowance.

Very tasty meal! I didn't add the cumin or paprika as it doesn't mention it in the steps :(

I liked the method of cooking the chicken thighs, they came out juicy with crispy skin. However I found it all quite bland even after adding more of the spices than the recipe says to.

Delicious! I did marinate the chicken beforehand but that’s just personal preference.
