I love this one, one of my favourites so far. Next time I might increase the stock to 400ml as the end result was a bit sticky. I think it may have been because I used a creamy brie instead of half the mascarpone though 🤤

There’s a LOT of food! It serves four generously, but would easily serve five. We’ve saved leftovers to have with pasta another night. But delicious flavours, and like others have said - the crumb absolutely makes it ♥️

Definitely one of my favourite mob recipes so far! Super easy to do and the toasted panko breadcrumbs on top make it a 10/10. Such a great autumn and winter dish 🍂

I have made this recipe a few times, it is a perfect autumnal dinner and always goes down a treat. Leftovers keep well for lunch the next day too.
