As well as missing the water quantity, it also doesn’t say how to prepare the ginger, just to add it

Hey Sophie, for coconut allergies you could swap the coconut milk for double cream! It'll change the flavour slightly as you won't get the coconut-y taste, but still be delicious :)

Lovely flavours but as per the other review, the quantities are way off. The 4 person serving is at least 6 people.

this is missing the quantity for the water that is added with the tomatoes and coconut milk. also makes much more than stated, but happy to freeze some!
