This turned out too watery, more like a soup. I added about 5 extra potatoes and a cornstarch slurry to thicken it. Also added soy sauce, double the amount of turmeric and some sambal. Will be making this again though!

I’ve just made this and totally omitted the water as the sauce was thin as it was. I recommend only adding what you feel is needed.

Really delicious, 2 year old and 5 year old loved it. Needs water quantity specifying though as potatoes took ages to cook.

Hey Sophie, for coconut allergies you could swap the coconut milk for double cream! It'll change the flavour slightly as you won't get the coconut-y taste, but still be delicious :)

Lovely flavours but as per the other review, the quantities are way off. The 4 person serving is at least 6 people.

this is missing the quantity for the water that is added with the tomatoes and coconut milk. also makes much more than stated, but happy to freeze some!
