it's ok.... lacks depth. maybe some sliced sun-dried tomatos could add some back palate action. whenever I make a mob dish that's lacking , a spoon of msg saves it.

just wish these recipes have social media posts to show how to make them. I am a visual leaner 🥲 this is a straight forward recipe but wish there was for many others. most people that download the app were inspired through social media

I loved this recipe! only thing the I noticed was the ingredients list calls for Garlic but it dosnt say when to add it! I just added it when I was frying the tomatoes and it was 10/10

Are the nutritional values correct on this? I can't see how 1.3 chicken thighs plus the other bits can end up with 65g of Protein?

Made an absolute mess making this 😅 but lovely easy recipe, agree with previous comments that the orzo takes a while to cook, but it’s quite a nice slow process, I kept topping up with water whilst it was cooking. The rosemary was particularly lovely in this, never thought to add this herb to a tomato based pasta dish but it really worked!

tasty, however.. I would definitely boil it, then drain it maybe 2 minutes before adding it to the pasta sauce/dish. works a lot better and only stirring it to finish in the pasta as it takes a LONGGGG time to cook otherwise

So so good. Just have to be patient with the pasta cooking. Seasoning the chicken up with Mediterranean bits and bobs works wonders too.

So good! I used chicken breast & after searing, poached them after the passata step in the liquid. Once they were cooked, I shredded them - a good alternative to using thighs, if you don’t have any! :)
