    the haloumi definitely needs dry frying off before hand and adding back at the end. it just gets lost otherwise and doesn’t colour up. also needed to add lime juice as it’s quite flat

    Made this with the lime coriander rice. Had the leftover curry the next day for lunch and it tasted even better as the flavours had developed. Absolutely delicious and filling. Will definitely make again

    Really tasty and like Thomas said, I would probably cook the halloumi separately to help with the browning process and then add it to the pot. I didn’t have any Garma Masala so I used Cardamom and Cumin instead and it was delish
