Cooked this for the whole family. I thought it was fine but the rest of my family hated it. Granddad hated it, husband didn't like it and the kids hated it. This didn't succeed as a kid's meal and to be honest it was way too much effort for such a poor result.
On the bright side, us adults loved the red cabbage side slaw and I'll definitely make a variation of that often in the future.

First recipe we try from here. The kids were not thrilled, but my husband and I liked it. Reminds me of bolinhos de bacalhau. I pureed the corn, for the rest I followed the recipe. Will make it again 😁
