The list of ingredient says “long grain rice” but in the method it says “easy cook long grain rice”. My understanding is that these are different types of rice that require different cooking times, so it’s probably worth being specific/consistent.

So tasty and easy to make. Next time we will cook the halloumi at the end while the rice is resting off the heat as it can go a little tough once cooled (appreciate that stops it being a one pot dish though!)

left out the haloumi due to allegry. And i added a few bell peppers, a little hot sauce to spice it up finished with some peas to balance it out. It was lush iv made it 3 times allready.

Absolutely lush! Added some ancho chilli flakes and used ready cooked rice I had in the freezer, so came together in around 15 minutes. Winner!

I absolutely love this recipe. I add some tabasco for spiciness but honestly, I make this at least twice a month
