    Sorry, but it didn't make me want to try tofu again. I think more pineapple and more tamari would have been better. I stir fried the red cabbage to make it a bit easier to eat. It was also quite carb heavy with both the rice and beans so would have preferred some greens instead of one of them.

    I measured everything by heart, added some avocado, and it came out really well! I've never grilled tofu but it wasn't hard at all.

    yummy, would make again! i would sear more pineapple though cause I wanted more when eating the tofu (delicious). I added vinegar to the bean/cabbage salad. Otherwise very tasty, reminds me of smoky BBQ summer
