This is the first Mob recipe that I have made and it was a hit with the whole family. It was delicious and so easy to make. I also loved that you could add / leave out elements to suit the kids and grown ups. Big fan!

this was almost great. Used Maya Kaimal tikka masala sauce and marinated the thighs for about an hour. Broiled them in the oven rather than air fryer because ny air fryer doesn’t charre very well. the result was almost flavorful but ultimately bland. Next time I’ll do the same thing but will pour way more of that tikka masala sauce (warmed up) ob the finished dish.

Hey Amy! Yes freezing the chicken uncooked and marinated is a great way to prep-ahead for this recipe :)

Hey Samantha, not right now but that's a great shout! We use the pastes from Gymkhana here but you could absolutely make your own if you want to

this recipe was so good that my man licked his plate afterwards. I would say depending on the Tikka brand you might want to add salt to the chicken as well.

Given that the primary flavor of this dish is the tikka - what paste brand are you using? I'm in the US, what should I look for?

Hi Linda, we use pastes from Gymkhana here, but you just need to check for a rich, aromatic scent and vibrant, natural colour (if possible). Hope that helps!

I really dislike "25 min cooking time" and then adding a single step of "put in fridge for 30 min". Please, be honest about cooking time and prep time.

very popular with my wife and kids (6 and 8). easy to make and amazing variation in tastes and textures. only thing id say to be careful is that the recipe asks to season each element with salt and pepper so id not go too heavy handed on the salt.
