Chicken Soba Noodle Salad
Preheat oven to 180°C/356°F.
Add chicken breasts to a baking tray. Drizzle over some olive oil and a tbsp of soy sauce. Mix everything together. Add the chicken to the oven for 25 minutes until perfectly cooked through.
Serving time. Get a big salad bowl. Add all your elements in to the bowl. Scatter your chopped chilli and herbs on top. Add your dressing. Toss everything together, serve up and enjoy!
