pretty good. reheated well. definitely need the lime wedge. I used brown rice and quinoa for the mix grain and frozen spinach instead of kale. never would have thought to put butter beans and mixed grains together but it was a good mix of textures

delicious! agree with other comments about quantities seeming off, I just eyeballed the amount of ingredients to use in the end. great meal prep though, used tricolour giant cous cous for our grain. will be making again :)

really tasty but the quantities (and calories) are all off. for three portions (674 calories) I used 4 pretty large boneless skinless chicken thigh (about 600g), 1 pack of merchant gourmet 5 glorious grains (only 250g rather than 400g), and only 150g of cavolo Nero. I also reduced the PB to 2 tbsp. was still suuuuper delicious!!

where it says mixed grains, can it be any grain like Bulgaria wheat or cous cous? because for the novice like me when I search "mixed grains" on morrisons I get dog food lol

yummy, added less spice and more honey, let the chicken marinade for approx 20mins makes such a difference

portion sizes are huge if you follow the recipe exactly. I did less grains overall and it works out really well

Loved this recipe. Added less kale. dressing was lovely! no sriracha so added chilli oil which worked well.

I don’t really like the kale idea so I steamed some sweet potato, broccoli, Brussel sprouts and carrots and added 1/2 cup of rice to each - then made the chicken and satay sauce … worked out super yummy!

oh, also used almond butter instead of peanuts - skipped siracha and added a whole chopped up chilli instead for the sauce

I liked this one, but I think there's too big a quantity of kale/grains/beans in the mix. Reducing each a little, or one of the pulses significantly, would be a better balance.

I agree! I reduced the amount of Kale and grains but kept the beans the same. but overall it is a delicious lunch for meal prep!

Thank you for the lovely recipe! My tastebuds were loving the zingy flavours and the crunchiness and textures of the salad were a sensorial experience for my mouth. Added to the list to make again!
