great recipe! my only problem here is that as a packed lunch it does not work that well. You want to reheat the chicken and rice but the salad is best cold which is a problem when packed all together. I packed the salad in sandwich bags within the Tupperware but it was a bit annoying

It says in the title that it's garlic rice, but can't see anywhere where garlic is added to the rice? It just says spring onion and ginger?
