As others have said, far too much liquid. Followed the recipe to the letter and was left with about 2cm of liquid on top at the end. Took the same approach of leaving the lid off and cooking for a further ten mins which helped a bit. Even with this extra time the rice did not seem like it was fully cooked.

It was nice, my 4 year old liked it too. I agree with other comments that the ratio of water to rice was off, I had to cook it off at the end on the hob for about 5 min to get it to the right consistency. Also the recipe is missing the quantity for the smoked paprika, I used about a teaspoon which worked.

We found there was a bit too much liquid at the end so we cooked with the lid off for approx. 10 more mins which helped

There wasn’t enough rice for the amount of stock and it needs to be a lot hotter than 180°. Overall, quite a stuff around and not that impressed.

Delicious even without the yogurt, so moist. There's no measurement listed for the paprika so just free-handed and think I used too much haha

this was so yum! love that you add the paprika yoghurt at the end so I don't have to make different meals for my dairy free partner and child
