Chicken & Basil Stir Fry
Inspired by my favourite Thai dish, Pad Kra Pao, this is as good as meal prep gets. Ready in under 30 minutes and the flavour gets better the longer you leave it. Plus there’s barely any chopping (only the broccoli, but that’s easy.

This was the first Mob recipe I made after downloading a trial and is the reason I signed up for the year! Unreal flavours, so easy and yet so fun to make.

This was really delicious. Personally I think I'll reduce the Thai basil a bit but it was seriously good. I'll make this a weekly staple to use up the store cupboard ingredients. Could also be used as a starter served in lettuce leaf cups I think.

Too salty with the amount of fish sauce and soy. Will definitely make again but adjust the measurements

I used light soy and next time id probably do a bit less garlic as well, but this is my favourite recipe so far, delicious!

A taste sensation! I didn’t bother with the food processor and just chopped everything for the sauce. This will go in to our weekly dinner rotation!

We made this one! We loved it, it’s rich but doesn’t feel heavy. I put it over quinoa instead of Jasmine rice, I even added kimchi. We will make this one again!

step 2 of “add all ingredients” is quite vague and so I had to find the video of this recipe. could you try and be more descriptive? (sorry!)

The ingredients list has the sauce ingredients listed separately. Just whack all those in a blender and blend

super tasty! I'll be adding only half the soy sauce next time though as it was borderline to salty

quick and easy, perfect for a weeknight dinner. I made extra and the leftover box up and reheat great for work lunches.

Delicious. Will definitely make this again. test your chilli heat before adding so you know what your ‘heat’ is going to be. we topped with slices of radish and a sprinkling of black sesame seeds.

The sauce ended up being super salty (could be the brand of dark soy as some are saltier than others?). Would suggest halving the amount of soy or using regular soy instead of dark.

So delicious! I had to use chicken breasts as I couldn't find mince - I just minced it with a knife. I left out the sugar and only added half the soy sauce - but I did add a little bit of regular soy sauce over the egg. Will definitely make again!

I should have noted the sodium before choosing this recipe. It was tasty and my kids enjoyed the sauce which I portioned off before adding the HEAT. Adults had the spicy sauce and we enjoyed it. However, this is a salt bomb. 💣

Used slightly less sriracha as a family member isn’t as keen on spice but it was still absolutely delicious, had a lovely warmth behind it still and a gorgeous depth of flavour. Will be a family favourite for a long time to come I’m sure!

Very sauce heavy… are the sauce ingredients definitely tbsps rather than tsps?
