Hi Sarah, yep! For best results, freeze it after assembling the pie and before baking (halfway through step 6). Then defrost and bake the pie until piping hot and golden on top.

I added diced celery and baby corn for some extra veg. The crunch of the baby corn was a lovely added texture. All in all it was gorgeous and I’ll definitely be making it again

Think the recipe steps need to be amended. No way this could be done in an hour. Can I suggest starting the potatoes as part of step 1? Or as part of the prep?
